Microsoft Windows Server 2003:

This has become the de-facto standard operating system for business servers.  It combines a high quality, stable operating environment for the central hub of your network to operate on.  Security and access to resources are controlled by a very customisable, layered approach to allow total control and confidentiality of your company data.

It is well supported from Microsoft and other manufactures so by implementing this as your server operating system, virtually all hardware on the market to day and a great deal of legacy equipment can be configured to work on your network.

Microsoft Exchange Server 2003:

Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 has to be the most feature packed e-mail server system available today.  E-mails can be distributed simply and remote access to your company e-mail when away from your office is facilitated by the use of this package.  The shared folders feature is unique to Microsoft Exchange Servers and provide a flexible method for the dissemination of information.

Microsoft SBS (Small Business Server) Based Solutions:

By implementing solutions based on Microsoft’s Small Business Server, we are able to offer very capable and flexible server based solutions.  This package comes in two varieties, Standard and Premiums Editions.

The Standard version of the software combines the control and security of Windows Server 2003 and the all encompassing e-mail server of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.  Included in this version is Microsoft Shared Fax, which with the relevant hardware, allows users from networked workstations to send and receive faxes directly from the desktop. Also included is SharePoint Server, a technology to allow the central control of data with a simple to use web interface.

The Premium edition has all the features of the Standard edition and also includes ISA Server, Microsoft’s combined firewall and proxy server.  This application allows for the monitoring and reporting of Internet usage from a network and also for the protection of it by means of the advanced firewall features it provides.  Also included in the Premium Edition is Microsoft’s SQL Server, designed for hosting networked databases.

Entry Level E-mail:

For customers that are looking for a lower cost e-mail solution than that of Microsoft Exchange Server, we have other products that suit the need.  These solutions can operate either on a workgroup or server based network and offer e-mail services compatible with most ISP’s (Internet Service Providers).
